hehe Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a binding legal agreement between the hehe platform and its users ("member" or "you"). By accessing or using hehe's website, mobile application or any related service, you are considered to have automatically accepted all terms of this Agreement.

hehe is an online gaming platform operated specifically for Bangladeshi users. The platform offers casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting. The service is intended only for adults who are legally eligible.

2 Account Creation Terms

To open an account on the hehe platform, the applicant must meet the following conditions:

• Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all accounts.

• OTP for verification of the active mobile number
• Proof of address document if required

hehe reserves the right to suspend the account and cancel any pending transactions if the member fails to respond to a verification request or provides false information.

4 Age Restrictions and Legal Eligibility

All services on the hehe platform are available only to individuals aged 21 years or older. If a minor opens or uses an account, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

You confirm that participating in online gaming activities from your location is legally permitted. hehe does not guarantee that online gaming is fully legal in every user's area — this responsibility lies entirely with the member.

5 Deposit Terms

The following conditions apply when depositing funds on hehe:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If questions arise about the source of funds, hehe may request verification.

6 Withdrawal Terms

The rules regarding withdrawals are described below:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Identity verification must be completed before making the first withdrawal from the account.
• Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• In the case of unusual transactions, hehe may temporarily suspend a withdrawal and request additional verification.

7 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before using this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500. Before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.
• The bonus applies to an account only once — if multiple accounts are used to claim the bonus, all accounts will be closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

8 Other Promotions

The following general terms apply to hehe's ongoing promotions:

• hehe Weekly Deposit Festival: 50% bonus, up to ৳10,000, wagering 15 times, minimum deposit ৳200.
• hehe Slot Fun Reward: 75% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20 times, for slot games only.
• hehe Saturday-Sunday Blast: 30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 12 times, weekends only.
• hehe Birthday Surprise: Up to ৳2,000 reward, wagering 10 times — for verified members during their birthday month.
• hehe Refer a Friend: Up to ৳3,000 reward, wagering 8 times — when a referred friend completes registration and deposit.

Each bonus has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirements are not met before expiry, the bonus balance will be cancelled. hehe reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

9 Game Operation Policy

All games offered on the hehe platform are operated through third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the help section within the game.

• Game results are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are completely impartial.
• hehe is not responsible for any bets lost due to loss of internet connection.
• If an incorrect payout is made due to a technical error, hehe reserves the right to adjust the correct amount.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the software is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

10 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to betting on cricket, football and other sports:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is abandoned or suspended, hehe will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on a single event, or coordinated betting activity, is prohibited.
• If a bet is accepted after odds have changed, the revised odds will apply.

11 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hehe platform:

• Registering an account with false information or using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using any software, bot or automated method to play games or place bets.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.
• Misconduct or threats towards other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the system — any gains obtained in this way will be voided.

12 Data Protection and SSL Security

hehe uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. • Members' personal information is not disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
• Payment information is processed directly through the payment provider — hehe does not store card or banking credentials.
• If unusual activity on an account is suspected, hehe may take immediate action.

13 Responsible Gaming

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the member's own balance will be returned, but any bonus balance will be forfeited.

16 Closure at the Member's Own Request

17 Right to Modify Terms and Conditions

18 Limitation of Liability

19 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between hehe and a member, an amicable resolution will first be attempted through the support team. The support team provides assistance in Bengali 24/7 via live chat and email.

After a complaint is submitted, hehe will investigate and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. hehe's assessment of the decision will be considered final.

20 Entire Agreement

These rules and terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between hehe and the member and take precedence over any previous oral or written understandings. If any clause of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect.
